Stepping On Toes exists to support court watching for cases centered on family court and family separation — including custody disputes, parental rights, and cases where a parent or child is at risk of being taken from their family or a parent is facing imprisonment. We accept Family Law, Criminal Law, and Probate Law cases only when they involve these family-centered issues
