SteppingOnToes.org connects individuals seeking court observation support with volunteer court watchers. Users may submit requests for court watcher assistance or register as volunteer court watchers through forms on this Site.

3. SMS & Email Communications

By submitting your phone number or email address through our forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages and/or email notifications related to court hearing alerts, court watcher registry updates, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and may unsubscribe from emails using the link provided in any email.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting requests or registering as a volunteer. Users agree not to misuse the Site or its communications for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

SteppingOnToes.org and its volunteers do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Court watchers act solely as independent observers. Use of this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

SteppingOnToes.org is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, reliance on information provided, or actions taken by volunteer court watchers.
